Our buffer tanks are manufactured from high-quality S235JRG2 steel in accordance with DIN 4753 and EN 12897. The use of qualified personnel combined with precise welding robotics ensures consistently high product quality, tight welds, and a long service life.
The containers are raw on the inside and primed on the outside and stand on a stable base ring that ensures secure standing and easy assembly.
EPS buffer storage tanks are suitable for heating systems, solid fuel boilers, solar systems, and combined heat and power plants. They reliably store heat and increase the efficiency of renewable and conventional heat sources.
Thanks to generous connections and the arrangement of the sleeves at 90° angles, several storage units can be easily connected and integrated into a wide variety of systems.

The tanks are available in volumes from 200 to 2000 liters. Operating pressures are: up to 1000 liters, max. 5 bar, up to 2000 liters, max. 3 bar. Smaller models (200–400 l) are equipped with a socket for an electric heating cartridge, while larger models (600–2000 l) have two sockets.
The sleeve arrangement at a 90° angle facilitates assembly, the connection of multiple storage tanks and the installation of additional components such as heating cartridges or sensors.
Choose between three insulation variants, tailored to efficiency requirements: 100 mm STS EPS (efficiency class C), 130 mm STS EPS AirPor® (efficiency class B) and 150 mm PU super-rigid foam (efficiency class A). All variants are available with a silver-gray plastic cover and closure strip.
For certain sizes (600–1000 l), PU insulation is available as a particularly efficient option with improved lid and base insulation.
The innovative EPS AirPor® insulation consists of polystyrene foam with added graphite, which significantly improves thermal conductivity. In combination (e.g., 110 mm EPS + 20 mm fleece = 130 mm), it significantly reduces heat loss and thus lowers energy costs.
Further advantages include simple and easy installation, a perfect fit for the storage enclosure, additional floor insulation and high mechanical resistance. Thermal conductivity according to DIN EN 12667 is approximately 0.0316 W/mKThe insulation is 100% recyclable and meets fire protection class B2.
The 150 mm PU super rigid foam insulation combines 150 mm polyurethane with 10 mm polyester fiber fleece and offers excellent insulation properties (Thermal conductivity approx. 0.023 W/mK). The fleece lamination prevents convection on the container wall, lid, and sleeves.
The removable insulation with PS sheath (RAL 9006) facilitates installation in all temperature conditions. The material and construction are skin-friendly, recyclable, and comply with Fire protection class B2.
The insulation panels are lightweight, dimensionally stable, and feature locking strips, allowing for quick installation with minimal tooling. The molded fit and additional floor insulation ensure consistent insulation.
Thanks to the well-thought-out sleeve arrangement and base ring design, on-site installation can be carried out quickly; connecting multiple storage tanks or retrofitting heating cartridges is straightforward.
