Product description: Vaillant aroSTOR hot water heat pump – indoor installation
Efficient heat pump technology
The Vaillant aroSTOR hot water heat pump uses state-of-the-art heat pump technology to efficiently convert heat energy stored in the air into hot water. This system operates completely independently of an existing heating system, enabling versatile use in various living situations.
Thanks to the use of innovative technology, the aroSTOR not only ensures a high level of hot water comfort, but also economical and environmentally friendly energy conversion, which also leads to low operating costs.
Two tank variants for individual needs
With available tank sizes of 200 and 270 liters, the heat pump offers various options that can be ideally adapted to the hot water needs of single-family homes. This ensures optimal supply for both new buildings and renovations.
This flexible tank selection enables the targeted use of the technology to adapt to different consumption profiles and structural conditions while always guaranteeing the highest level of comfort.
Flexible integration into existing heating systems
The aroSTOR can be easily integrated into existing heating systems, for example in combination with gas or oil heating. Thanks to its simple installation, it is an excellent entry point into forward-looking heating technology, even in existing buildings.
This option makes it possible to expand the existing energy balance with an environmentally friendly and cost-effective component without the need for complex conversion work.
Optimal use with photovoltaic systems
Owners of a photovoltaic system benefit particularly from the aroSTOR heat pump. Thanks to its low power consumption, the surplus electricity from the photovoltaic system can be used for water heating almost all year round.
The heat pump controller only switches it on when sufficient solar energy is available. This not only reduces the CO2 footprint, but also sustainably lowers energy costs.
Reliable operation even at low temperatures
As an air-to-water heat pump, the aroSTOR extracts energy from the ambient or outside air – even at temperatures down to -7°C. This means the natural heat source can be used optimally both in winter and summer operation.
It is particularly noteworthy that the cool exhaust air can be used for room cooling, for example in building areas such as storage rooms. This versatile application extends the comfort and benefit of the entire system.
