The Eco-Floor underfloor heating system impresses with its ultra-flat design and modern technology. With a height of just 18 mm, it offers an efficient heating solution that is ideal for renovations of existing buildings or can be used as an innovative alternative in new construction.

This complete set combines state-of-the-art technology with high performance and is characterized by easy integration into various application areas such as underfloor, wall and ceiling heating.

Properties and areas of application

Thanks to the MDF underfloor heating system, existing wooden floorboards can be reinforced or replaced while ensuring comfortable heat distribution. The low installation height allows for seamless integration without visually disrupting the living space.

The system offers a wide range of application possibilities, particularly in sloping ceilings and difficult spatial situations. It is suitable not only for underfloor heating but can also be implemented as a wall or ceiling heating system, thus supporting flexible room concepts.

Technical specifications

The base of the system consists of a medium-density fiberboard with a special milling pattern. This pattern allows for the precise installation of a 12 mm thick plastic pipe, covering all design requirements.

The MDF board measures 1200 mm x 600 mm and is 18 mm thick. Additionally, values ​​such as a tensile strength of 0.75 N/mm² and a flexural strength of 30 N/mm² according to DIN EN310, as well as a thermal conductivity of 0.14 W/mK, provide safety and stability.

The system provides a heat output of between 60 and 80 W/m², ensuring efficient and even heat distribution in all rooms.

Easy assembly

The system's assembly is straightforward thanks to clearly structured steps. First, the base plates are laid out seamlessly using milled profiles, maintaining a wall clearance of 5 to 10 mm to allow for expansion.

The panels are then secured using standard wood screws. The heating pipes are carefully inserted into the milled pattern, allowing for a heating circuit up to 80 m long. Connecting the heating pipes completes the straightforward installation.

Robust and sustainable quality

The MDF board impresses with its properties such as high density, moisture resistance, and the absence of added formaldehyde. These features not only guarantee long-lasting performance but also provide a sustainable solution for your heating needs.

The system is complemented by a flexible 5-layer all-plastic composite pipe, compression fittings and edge insulation strips made of polyethylene, which complete the overall package and ensure high safety standards.
