Product overview

The Sunex heating circuit manifold is specially designed for central heating systems with radiators, underfloor heating, and mixed systems. It enables reliable distribution of heating water to two or three independent circuits, thus offering flexible application options in residential and commercial properties.

Available in 2-circuit DN20, 2-circuit DN25, 3-circuit DN20, and 3-circuit DN25 versions, as well as with external thread (AG) for easy connection options. The robust construction and high-quality EPP insulation ensure long-lasting performance and minimal heat loss.

Areas of application

Ideal for new builds and modernizations: Whether underfloor heating or radiators, the distributor adapts to your system and optimizes heat distribution. In mixed systems with different flow temperatures, it scores points for its precise controllability.

The Sunex heating circuit manifold also ensures consistent comfort in commercial buildings such as offices, medical practices, and workshops. Thanks to its wide range of models, it can be adapted to individual performance requirements.

Construction and materials

The main body of the distributor is made of high-quality steel, which operates reliably even at high temperatures and pressures. The nuts are made of brass and ensure a corrosion-resistant connection.

A 30 mm thick EPP insulation reduces heat loss and improves the system's efficiency. The M8 mounting allows for easy and secure wall mounting without the need for additional brackets.

Technology

Maximum operating temperature: 110 °C | Maximum operating pressure: 6 bar. Output ranges from 29 kW (ΔT=20 K, 2 circuits DN20) to 54 kW (ΔT=20 K, 2-/3-circuit DN25).

Maximum flow rates: 1.2 m³/h for DN20 and 2.3 m³/h for DN25. Dimensions vary depending on the model between 193/137/552 mm and 193/140/862 mm (H/D/W), and weight between 5.7 and 8.9 kg.

Assembly and connection

Thanks to clear markings on the boiler and heating circuit sides, connections are made quickly and accurately. The boiler side is equipped with AG 1" or AG 5/4" available, the heating circuit side optionally with IG 1", IG6/4" or AG 1".

The included mounting hardware allows for easy wall mounting. Easy access to all connections facilitates maintenance and cleaning.
