The Atmos KC45S is a modern coal gasification boiler that can be operated not only with coal as fuel, but also efficiently with logs.

This gasification boiler is a specially designed boiler for burning coal and wood. The Atmos KC45S is ideally suited for heating single-family homes, weekend houses, country houses, workshops, and similar buildings. The boiler body is made of high-quality steel sheet with a thickness of 6 or 8 mm, ensuring particularly good heat transfer compared to conventional cast iron boilers.

The Atmos KC45S coal-fired boiler is a reliable replacement, especially for older cast iron boilers like the GK21. Its robust construction and versatility make it the ideal solution for modernized heating systems.

The Atmos KC series was specifically developed as a replacement for outdated cast iron coal boilers – for example, models like the GK21, GK31, or K30. In addition to high efficiency, the KC45S offers the flexibility to operate as both a coal and a wood boiler, achieving a maximum efficiency of up to 86%. The boiler meets all legal requirements of the German Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchV), meaning its use in Germany is permitted without restriction.
