The device (heating element for hot water tank) meets the requirements in manual operation well....promised Wi-Fi function zero, despite 100% signal strength!!

The seller does not respond at all to messages, neither from me nor from eBay itself. The return I initiated
was not processed, so now I'm being asked to pay by Klarna, even though the item has been verifiably received by GEMA. This suggests there's a system behind this. I strongly advise against buying anything from this shop.
