The OWR1 SMART heating element 3 kW offers flexible hot water comfort thanks to WiFi connection and app control, made from high-quality materials with a durable nickel coating. The device is designed for horizontal mounting, has a 1 1/2" AG connection thread and is supplied with a Schuko plug, making installation particularly easy.

Technical data

Operating modes

The heating cartridge offers several operating modes for different needs: Manual mode allows fine temperature control, ECO mode maintains an economical temperature and in intelligent mode the device learns usage habits and switches on as needed.

Plan mode enables hourly, daily or weekly-based schedules, Away mode maintains a minimum temperature of 10 °C while traveling, and Boost mode briefly heats things up, for example. B. 30 minutes at higher temperatures before the preset temperature is restored.

Freeze protection prevents freezing below 10°C, and the anti-Legionella function monitors the temperature and performs a 30-minute heating cycle to 60°C every 15 days if necessary to minimize microbiological risks.

Manual and ECO operation

In manual mode, the operating temperature can be adjusted by up to ±5 °C within the range of 15 °C to 75 °C, which can meet individual comfort requirements. ECO mode keeps the water at 55°C, which represents a good compromise between heat loss, energy consumption and heating element life.
