The Pure Aquacalcium reverse osmosis system combines state-of-the-art filtration technology with natural mineralization processes to provide you with exceptionally pure and great-tasting drinking water. Thanks to the unique AquaCalcium Mineralizer, the filtered water maintains a stable calcium level reminiscent of natural spring water in mountainous regions.

With a retention rate of 99.8%, the system reliably removes pollutants, heavy metals, and micro-contaminants. This allows you to enjoy fresh, soft water every day that not only tastes great but also makes an important contribution to your daily mineral intake.

Function and mineralization

In the first filtration stage, the incoming water is passed through high-quality pre-filters that retain sand, rust, and larger particles. Subsequently, a precise Filmtec membrane ensures the separation process at the molecular level, removing unwanted substances.

In the final step, the AquaCalcium Mineralizer enriches the treated water with calcium in a controlled manner, ensuring that the total mineral content remains between 55 and 65 mg/L. This mineral balancing mimics natural seepage processes and guarantees a balanced pH profile of 7.0 to 7.5.

Key features

The Pure Aquacalcium is specifically designed for households with low water pressure and features a freestanding metal frame for easy maintenance. Its compact design allows it to fit discreetly under any sink or in utility rooms.

A modern ball valve directs the purified water straight to the tap, while the high-quality 12-liter pressure tank (approximately 7 liters when ready for use) ensures a constant supply. A convenient pack of dye floss tubes and the included service wrench simplify filter maintenance.

Extensive system components

The complete set includes everything needed for professional installation: pre-filter housing with integrated pump, high-performance Filmtec membrane with 75 GPD (280 LPD), carbon post-filter, and the innovative AquaCalcium mineralization filter. It also includes a feed water adapter, feed and drain valves, and a comprehensive user manual.

Each component was carefully selected to guarantee durability, high flow rates, and consistent water quality. The robust metal construction and long-lasting filter media provide a reliable foundation for years of operation.

Quality of the mineralized water

Under optimal conditions – inlet temperature 20 °C and recommended operating parameters – the system delivers water with a total mineral content of 55–65 mg/L. The calcium content is 10–15 mg/L, while magnesium and sodium/potassium are present only in minimal traces.

All other parameters, such as hydrocarbons, chloride, and total bacterial count, are well below the limit values. This ensures you always enjoy hygienically safe drinking water that meets the needs of a family of three.

Requirements for the incoming water

For optimal performance, the incoming water should have a pH value of 6.5–8.5 and the total dissolved solids should not exceed ≤ 1500 mg/L. Hardness, iron, manganese, and chloride content must also be within defined limits to ensure a consistently long service life for the filter media.

Regular monitoring and, if necessary, pre-discharging in the case of very hard water ensure that the Pure Aquacalcium reverse osmosis system operates reliably in the long term and consistently delivers the desired filter performance.

Easy installation and maintenance

The freestanding metal frame allows for quick and easy installation under the sink or in other utility niches. All connections, valves, and adapters are included and can be installed without special tools.

For filter maintenance, a pack of color test tubes is provided, allowing you to conveniently replace the pre-filters, membrane, and post-filter. The included service key ensures quick and safe replacement, so maintenance work is completed in no time.
