Electronic draft regulator and control comfort

A key feature of the Defro Firewood Plus is the integrated electronic flue controller, which automatically adjusts the primary air supply to the current combustion process. This achieves an outstanding efficiency of up to 92.3% and optimizes fuel consumption. Optionally, the control system can also control the boiler circuit pump and an induced draft fan, providing even greater control and energy efficiency. The arrangement of the secondary air controls on both sides of the boiler allows the boiler to be positioned close to a wall, freeing up valuable space for additional heating components.

Safety and environmental compatibility

A factory-installed safety heat exchanger ensures that no additional thermal discharge safety device is required, significantly simplifying installation. The Defro Firewood Plus meets the requirements of BImSchV Stage 2 and thus contributes to reducing emissions. CE conformity further confirms the highest safety standards. The integrated sight glass allows for convenient and safe monitoring of the gasification process, making the boiler particularly easy to operate.

Assembly and commissioning

Installation and initial commissioning throughout Germany are carried out upon request by expert customer service. To ensure stress-free transport, delivery is made by truck with a lifting platform directly to the curb. After installation and connection to the closed heating system, the boiler is immediately available and ready for use.
